Sandy (not Betty) sent me a puppy that died of DISTEMPER, 5 days after receipt. She has NOT fulfilled her part of the original contract, by replacing the puppy with a similar quality FULL AKC female w/breeding rights. A full necropsy, letter from my Vet, picture of dead puppy, was sent to Sandy and her Vet.
This is now a "Breach of Contract". It is Criminal Fraud.
Sandy sent me a 2nd puppy, which has a severe under shot jaw and ear mites. This puppy was sent with Full AKC rights.
Five weeks later, Sandy is claiming she sent me a "gift" puppy, by her own admittance. This "gift" does not replace what I purchased. Five weeks after receipt of the "gift', she pulls the original AKC papers and sends me a "limited" registration, Changing to "pet" only, shows INTENT TO FRAUD.
Sandy now is under Investigation for Criminal Fraud.
Sandy stole $2,270 from me and cost me $430. For the necropsy. This is now $2,700.
