This company called and left messages regarding an "urgent legal matter". When we called back, we were left on hold long enough that we finally hung up. After our 3rd call, my husband got a hold of "Bruce", who abusively exclaimed that we owed $2400 to a plumber who we had hired to fix a frozen pipe over a year ago. We had paid the plumber $600.00 after he had first misdiagnosed the problem and started jack hammering our basement floor. The actual cost should have been at most $270 (from inquiries to other plumbers). We were charged $3000.00.
Apparently, this firm, who has our name wrong on the letters they have been sending us, is threatening to hurt our credt and charge us more fees. We never even had a bill from the plumber after we agreed on the $600 we paid him. If he decided to file claim, we should have received a bill. I think this whole thing is bogus after reading the other reports filed against this company.
It is also apparent that they are into trying to "scare" people into sending them payments by being irate when they do get on the phone.
I would be leary of any kind of business done with them!
