It is impossible to cancel a subscription following the companies procedure they just bounce back or it gives a nonsensical reply.
Emailing is a waste of time, the reply is automated and just puts you back to where you started. I have now written to them, though I'm not so sure the address is legitimate, as instructed by my bank so will now have to wait and see but I shall not be holding my breath.
