This company made an unauthorized charge of $39.90 against my business Banking card and used paypal to do it.internet internet

This company called www.safe-cart.com-NY some how managed to charge $39.90 to my personal business bank card going through paypal to do it. I tried to contact them but of course there is no answer. I have never heard of these people or ever done any business with them.
