Joel is a great guy, when he's not using heroin, and thats pretty rare these days. He did a lot of great work on me years ago when he was clean, but then took a deposit and totally blew me off. Would not return phone calls or emails. Its a shame cuz the guy is an amazing tatoo artist. My current artist told me he's back in Seattle and was working someplace on Alki, but got the boot when they discovered he was using again.
