I ordered a pair of clogs from these guys well over a month ago and haven't received anything from them. I've asked them 3 times via email to cancel my order and they won't respond. I've also left a phone message with them and haven't heard back.
Once I realized that I was going to have a hard time with this company, I decided to research them a little more (I know, I should have done that in the first place) I saw that several people have had this exact problem. This company even has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB, which I heard was hard to get.
It seems like anytime one orders from them, one's order is on backorder (which is a little fishy). It also seems that getting any kind of polite and decent response from this company, as well as any kind of refund or exchange, is next to to impossible.
Do not order from My Shoe Store. They have horrible customer service, and their inability to follow through with their online orders, or give money back when an order falls through, screams scam, rip off, and thief.
