Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale. Major points: They disloged our washing machine hose (while cleaning dryer duct) and so we flooded our laundry room next time we did laundry; they charged $50 extra to clean furnace and did not do so. I had a home inspector look to see if they did, and they definitely did not. Weird points: He went into a corner of my kitchen and found the check I had written to them (was clearly snooping), along with the receipt for my deposit and took the liberty of writing on my receipt and moving my check even before I told him I wrote a check; they asked for $29.75 in "tax" after I had written my final check. What service company asks for "tax" AFTER they've quoted a total price?
