I spent 6 1/2 hours on the phone with Sprint trying to get a replacement wireless broadband card. I called them to order 1 and their sales rep told me what 1 would work and assured me it would work with my laptop. Imagine this, "It doesn't work". I want another 1 sent to me so I can use it while returning the WRONG 1 they told me would work and I have to send it back first and let it process before they will send me another 1. I have more than $1100 available on my spending limit and the card it $79. I am not a new customer I've been with them for 3 yrs. Nor has my service ever been disconnected. I am cancelling my accounts (3) with them and I recommend that no one do business with them. Too Big for their own good! Think long and hard before you sign anything with SPRINT!
