Brought a wash load under a pound to spring tailors & Cleaners and The owner charged 4$ per item to hang dry, the bill should of been 7 dollars maximum and he charged 19$ stating that it cost 4$ extra for every item you don't want put into the dryer. No mention of this was made when I dropped of the clothes. I've been to many different cleaners and none have ever charged extra to not put clothes in a dryer.
