What a joke! If you are considering Rapid Cable DO NOT do it! I have NEVER seen a company get by with the crap they do! They will hide and dodge every phone call. IF you are lucky enough to get a human they will just promise to 'look into it' and call you back... HA! You'll NEVER receive a call!
I know my account number by heart since they never seem to know it, you'd think with all of their 'high tech' equipment that they would at least know the account number since they sure know it each month when the send the inflated bill!
I've had boxes completely out for several month but no one appears to replace them, as promised. But I still get a monthly bill. We only have partial channels of the packages that we pay full price for... But I still get the full bill! I wouldn't mind the full bill if I would have FULL service but then again... If I didn't WANT the full channels I wouldn't have subscribed to them so obviously I WANT the channels not an 'adjusted bill'!!
Don't even THINK of reaching a supervisor... The phone attendants are forbidden to give out their numbers... interesting, huh?! I could go on and on and on but I'll save you the pain and just say that I 'second' all other complaints on site! I just had to complain somewhere since I couldn't do it to a Rapid Cable agent!!!
