I have been employed by Eric Kindley as an Extradition Agent Mr. Kindley owes me for a one month paycheck, plus reimbursement from money I payed out for gas and other supplies. The chargecard used for fuel was denied, I was forced to use my own money

I have been employed by Eric Kindley, as an Extradition Agent in Manteca, Ca. Mr. Kindley owes me a paycheck for one months pay, plus supply money I had to pay myself. The charge card issued for fuel was denied several times, therefore I used my own money. I was told I would be paid 200.00 a day. I was paid half that. Mr. Kindley ordered me to pick up over the limit amount of prisoners as was safe for one agent, and was told to do as I was told, totally disreguarding the safety laws.

Mr. Kindley does not return calls when he says, nor does he show up with my paycheck, when he says. He sends me text messages, one was a message threatening not to pay me, he later claimed he was drunk.
