I ordered some items for my family on 11/28/07. I was waiting on 2 items for my daughter to arrive by Christmas. I kept checking my online status, which stated that it was "IN FULLFILLMENT." I even showed my co-worker at one time what I was waiting for, which showed that I was getting a deal because Kohl's had marked up the price on them from what was on my invoice. Finally on 12/19/07 I received an e-mail from Kohl's stating that the 2 items I was waiting on were cancelled! When I did a reverse look up on their website, both items were still available online. One was a pair of jeans that I was suppose to receive for 12.75, the web site had them marked for 17.99. The other was a necklace that I had purchsed for 3.40, when I did the reverse lookup on that it was available still for 5.60. I made a call to their customer service & of course get someone I could barely understand. All she kept saying was that they had not updated their web site yet. I finally said so you are telling me you are posting things that you are fully aware that you are out of stock? She replied yes! I told her I would be contacting my Attorney General, which is exactly what I did. Please stay way from kohl's!!!
