And Their Terrible Customer Service, And A "manager" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had to go through absolute HELL, just trying to BUY ANOTHER MOTION DETECTOR for our ADT system!

My son called ADT, and after the terrible menu system was transferred, over and over again to various reps (and had to verify all our info EACH TIME) that all say different things and don't know what they are doing, AND DON'T Care!

After 45 minutes of being transferred around and going through all that, he was told that he would have to call the dealer (First Florida Alarms), but they didn't have the number! And then had to be transferred and verify EVERYTHING AGAIN to billing, who finally found the number. He called First Florida Alarms, and after another runaround, they told him that they can't help him and he would have to call ADT, he did that and after yet ANOTHER runaround was told to call the dealer again, and AGAIN the dealer didn't know what they are talking about and AGAIN said that he would have to call ADT!!!

Finally a real smart a* manager from ADT got on the phone, he seemed to get a real KIK OUT OF ALL THIS, and agreed to sell us 1 additional motion detector for the OUTRAGEOUS PRICE of $289.00!!! We know that the REAL PRICE is about $89. My son finally hung up on him and this manager actually had the nerve to call him back LAUGHING and said you didn't tell me if you wanted it or not!

ALL THIS, and all he wanted to do is BUY ANOTHER MOTION DETECTOR for our system!

This all took place after the SAME THING happened to him when he called to have a rep come out to fix the door sensors that keep FALLING OFF THE DOORS and setting off the alarm!!! 1 more time and we will be charged $100.By the Orlando Police for EACH false alarm from then on!

Do you people have any idea what you are doing? Or are you too cheap and greedy to pay for decent INTELLIGENT customer support personnel? And your commercials say you are Always there for your customers!!! Yea, you ARE always there to aggravate customers and treat them very badly!

We cannot BELIEVE that a company like yours can just not care about customers who have paid you A LOT of money already, (and more every month), and have such HORRIBLE customer service!

I wish we had NEVER gone with your company for an alarm system! And we will tell everyone we know not to get an alarm system from ADT forever into the future at this point.
