I was contacted in the begining of dec. 2007 and was pitched this speech that was about a vacation and would be entered to win in lots of cash prizes.
I was thinking "Cool. I could have a vacation before I become a mom in feb. 2008. And the money was a nice idea when I am 2 months late on my morgage and trying to pay of my medical bills. But I later noticed my bank account that same day and I was told it would not be touched until jan 17. But I was overdrafted and pissed off.
I called the same day I and cancelled it. I was given a the code when they did and was told I would recive a full refund. I thought I was fine.
I went to my bank dec. 21 and deposited my check and tended to finish my christmas shopping for my dad and husband. Then I found that my account was overdrawn and I was out over $80 and I went back to my car and cried.
I have tried contacting the people of that company and I have had no luck. My bank is trying to help me, but i will not get any of my money untill after christmas and that is only if I can get my money back. It is going to be a very sad christmas for me knowing that someone else is spending my money on their christmas.
