If you didnt show up for work two days without calling or notification, you would be fired, right? Of course. Direct TV missed two different installation appointments, so I "fired" them by disconnecting. Now they are saying I owe them the disconnect fee, even after I wrote them to dispute it and explain. They have no number to give for dispute resolution or credit management or legal services, just addresses. Nothing. Just the people who answer the phone and say they are the billing dispute people and they are the only ones I can talk to. They sent out a letter that said they read my letter and disagree and that I owe the disconnect fee and there is no other resolution besides their decision. It is THE worst customer service experience I have ever had. They are bullies and I would never, ever do business with them again. I am also telling everyone I know to stay away. I am giving it over to my lawyer since I am in the middle of a divorce anyway and talk to them every day.
