Ripped me off - charged a service fee for no service.internet

I ordered a informational packet and had to pay shipping and handling, so I entered my credit card information. The started billing me $49.95 per month, for several months before I realized. I feel ripped -off and foolish for not paying attention to my bills and noticing this bogus charge.
