Ripoff I keep getting charged $49.95 USD for something I never ordered

I keep getting the charge of $49.95 USD for ProAuction.com on my Mastercard, and I don't ever remember ordering from them. I keep asking for a refund through ProAuction.net, their American affiliate (their Canadian affiliate is ProAuction.com), but they never give it to me
