They keep billing me for returned items and now it is messing up my credit

They have struck the idiot button once again. Here is the letter I sent to Scholastic Christmas Magic:

"I don't know what the problem is but someone is sleeping on the job! I kept 3 ornaments, was given 3 ornaments and returned ALL the rest back to your company.

"I even took the time to glue one back together for you prior to its return. EACH box was labeled RETURN. If anything, you all owe ME money! I also enclosed in the return box an invoice from you. I WILL dispute all charges on my card.

"I wish you to stop trying to collect something financially that YOU are not entitled to, straight up. If you continue to harrass me, I have no choice but to report this to management and the BBB.

"You may choose to check out this website, (link) where many others seem to have the same problem. Who is in charge of returns and what is the problem?"

NOTE to members - unless you plan to keep ALL the ornaments, I would pass on their offer. It seems more important to them to harass, mess up credit and get all the money they can instead of trying to PLEASE customer so they get return business. I will never deal with this company again.

They have sent my $202.90 bill to collections now, and I am being harassed by North Shore Agency in Westbury, New York. I am also getting a ridiculous amount of phone calls, daily, harassing me for payment. No way!!
