I ordered from this company over 3 months ago and they have used every stall tactic available to get out of supplying me with my order. I finally requested a refund over 6 weeks ago and have been given an even more infuriating run-around with no refund yet in sight. The first person that was dealing with my complaint left the company and no one took over my complaiont until I had to contact a supposed VP of this company by the name of Becky Davis who has been handling the issue.
Or at least that was what I thought as I have not had a response in over a week from her. I have left numerous messages and e-mails and when I tried calling I was routed through a series of button pushes that got me nowhere unless you know a direct extension and when I get to the message prompt, it has been full and cannot accept messages. Save your money and order from another business that understands even simple obligations such as I give you money, you give me product.
