Doing business with these guys for three years and fed up with their delays, delays and more delays.instead of depositing the money in our account immidiately, they hold it for days for no reason, and now when our frustration level reached "we can't take it any more". We decide to switch to a competitor and they to be vidictave our holding our money. We called our client who said he paid the bill for that credit card transaction already. And Juan Carlos of Merchant Data systems contiues to hold for what they say is security reasons, they always make the claim "it could be fraudulent" when in fact we have never had a fraudulent transaction.
