Product was ordered from the online service. Order information was included in package upon arrival.incorrect order was sent, even though order information stated correct items.
Attempted to contact customer service. During normal business hours on a non-holiday, the line went directly to an answering machine, box "502". Bud K obviously does not stand by proper customer support, and I am to assume that this is how they make their money, by sending a 9.99 product in place of a 39.99 one.
This will be filed as consumer fraud if contact is not made in an acceptable time period of two (2) business days.
