I placed my order on 11-28-07 and they charged my account the same day. It took me forever to find the phone # to contact because on my back statement it missing the last digit. #800-314-2216. When I called to get status of my order they told me 4-6 weeks! When online it showed the product in stock. I couldn't even understand the person on the phone. This is clearly a scam! Now i have to figure out how to get my money back!
