In late 1995, I purchased a TV from internet based Big Bang Electronics along with an extended warranty for $289. I never received any paperwork for that warranty.
Now I need a repair, Big Bang is out of business and the owner (who I tracked through corporate records) hasn't responded to my written inquiry. I have a strong feeling that I was charged for a warranty that was never purchased. If that's true, there could be a lot more customers that this happened to.
Has anyone else had experience with this company and their 3rd party extended waranty? I requested the warranty twice upon my purchase and it never did arrive.
If there are others out there, I would like to pursue this legally, so please respond. And, if you had success with Big Bang warranty, I'd like to know that, too.
