I have ordered Amazing Arthritis Relief from Exclusive Health Products on 17th October and they debited my credit card on the same day with 160 AUD.
They guarantee delivery within 5-10 days. It has been 5 weeks since then and no delivery. I have been sending them emails every 2-3 days but they just ignore me. They keep sending ads for other products but no reply to my enquiries. I requested a refund but they ignored this as well.
They say in their ad that is you are not happy with the results they will refund money, no questions asked. Well I am dissatisfied as I don't even have my tablets.
I don't know what else to do. Can anybody help with the advise?
