I ordered two tablet PC's from nomorerack.com for Christmas gifts The two tablets were garbage as well. The company has refused to refund my money even though I returned one of the tablets to them, and when the second quit working contacted them and they refused to refund or replace or give me the name of the vendor who I actually purchased them from since they are just an agent for the seller. This company needs to be put out of business. They replied they test all products before sending them out which is a lie because they never see the products. They are just an internet agent selling for other vendors. I also ordered two sets of sheets. The sheets arrived and were garbage with holes in them. I want my money back for the two tablets.
