My account has been debited 3 times the amount of $19.80 in october on the 19 and twice on the 25th never heard of this companies how do i get my money back Florida

After contacting a real estate agency who charge me $1.00 asking for my account number they were to send me a report on hud list and contacts after 3 weeks did not received anything i call and cancel well now i see those debits in my account from american leisure and encore clubs if anyone out there know the name or the number of that real estate co. Please let me know they should be stop something need to be done about such companies
