I paid my dues, I followed the plan, I did my part but LA weight loss did not do theirs. After almost a year of going to the same office, at the beginning twice a week and then once a week, I was shocked to find the location closed. Even more shocked when the number included in the notice at the door was from somebody who said was an ex-employee doing damage control.in spite of my calls, she never resolved my right to the restitution of part of my payment because of meeting my goals, nor sent me the many boxes of bars I paid in advance at the beginning of the program. It is incredible that a company would get dirty by stealing candies from their clients because of not planning an exit strategy. I feel frustrated to say the least and really cannot understand how the people that took care of me during a year can just walk out without a single word of warning. It is a shame and I want justice to be done.
