Bowman Heintz Boscia, and Vician sent me a letter stating i was being sued for a credit card account thru capitol one for a undisclosed dollar amount on 08/23. Shortly after that i recieved a court summons on 08/27 stating that Bowman Heintz Boscia was requesting a default judgement for $1507.00. The balance on the account was $432.07 and this so called collection company stated the balance was $679.00 and was asking for $465.00 in intersted and legal fees and court costs.
I sent a written request to Bowman Heintz Boscia requesting a statement. With no reply. This account of capitol one was being paid thru a credit counsler company and the last statement of 10/07/07 show a balance of $432.07. After doing some more homework, i have found this Crook"R"Us company has a past history of the same behavior. And from i can see, they tend to use these tactics on a regular basis. The point being, I plan on appealing the case and hopefully the legal system will open its eyes on this behavior and will hold these people accountable.
