A few week's ago I entered the walmart on at 7420 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37902. Upon entering the door greeter got in my face and started cursing me with spit flying in my face after several times asking him to get out of my face I walked away and alerted the manager on duty he brushed me off so I called the 1-800-walmart number and filed a complaint. The next morning I called the store manager and she ayed she would view the tapes and call me back after 3 days I called her back and she stated there would be a meeting with market managers office. After a week I called her back and agian she stated there would be meeting and she would call me back after two week's I called she said it has been handled and that I should stop calling that they were not going to rectify the situation with me. So I called there market manager's office and there had been no meeting. So they said they would view the tapes and call me back. The I get a call back they offered no apoligy and said they would send me a 25 dollar gift card I felt that was nothing considering how long it took to do something and all of the long distance calls I had to make plus the guy spit in my face and that was all they offerd. Well it has been a month and 41 calls later and all corprate keep's saying is they will call me back.
