January we got a phone call, regarding a subscription to magazines. Telling us we can change subsriptions, ect. January 25th 07, my husband went on workman's compensation and still to present 11/07 not back to work.
Cenco has you locked into a 2 year subscriptions with you owing $1085.76 at $37.00 per month. You can not cancel. Now they sent us to collections.
Misrepresentation, along with not sending you magazines your interested in, but they want you to pay for them. Ask for them to change your address, it takes them 5 months. Change your subsriptions, that will take 5 months before, they even start to come.
We have an autistic son, and due to our circumstances, and the expense of our son, which is alot, they are last on the list for getting payed! We have enough to live, keep a roof over our head, and no room for extras like magazines. Then they send you 3 or 4 so they say complimentary issues of what ever they want.
What company doesn't let you cancel? They are misleading, and very indignent when it comes to getting their money!!!
