I have been dealing with RPM since early in this year, at first I refused to talk to them since they hadn't sent me anything in the mail until oh I don't know 5 months after they fact. Calling here 3 sometimes 5 times a day.
In the past 2 months I have paid them off, or so I thought.
I have talked to 3 different people there... All claiming to have taken 450$ off of my balance due to the fact of me disputing Sprint's claims. And so I called yesterday to find if I had paid everything off... The guy I was talking to started screaming at me saying that I have to send in a dispute claim form and what not, wouldn't even allow me to get a word in edge wise. I got so mad especially because 3 prior people never mentioned anything about me having to send in a dispute claim form... Their website doesn't even have a dispute claim form to print off!
