We ordered a leather reclining sofa on 7-23-07. It was delivered on 9-15-07. At delivery we noted a hard knot in one of the seat cushions, which was also noted by delivery staff. Upon further examination we found irregular cushions and stitching and a missing end cap. Also, the sofa is not comfortable;it feels as if there is inadequate fill in the cushions. It looks like a "second", even though it costs almost $2400. A "repair person" came out and took photos on 9-25-07. We also took photos and submitted them to the store on 10-06-07. The store manager said that the store is "out of the loop, " thereby disclaiming any responsibility. The case has been referred to "customer service" (Lebco Industries) Their rep tells us that this is a "factory issue" and that we must wait to hear from them and that can take up tp eight weeks.

We had checked Fort Worth BBB prior to purchase, but there was no record. Unfortunately for us, we failed to check the Dallas BBB. The company has an unsatisfactory record with the bureau. Beware!
