Broke my queen size cherry wood sleigh bed

Brighthouse network sent a technician to my condo to set up my digital phone. He needed to get behind my bed to the wall jack. He pulled on the footboard of my queen size cherry wood sleigh bed and ripped the bed frame apart. I called a CSR with Brighthouse networks from my cell phone while the technician was still in my condo. The CSR tried to call him on his cell phone, but he would check the caller ID and hang up on the call. I told him it was brighthouse calling and they needed to speak to him. He ignored me, finished the install and stated, he needed to get something out of the truck, and he never came back. The CSR I was on the phone with started a damage claim for me.

Brighthouse network has since told me I was on my own to get my bed replaced. They stated, I needed to contact Central Florida cable communications, since it was their employee that broke my bed not a brighthouse employee. To make a very long story short, the insurance company that represents the technician is offering me $1000, even though the adjuster came to my condo and photographed the bed and he saw The footboard was not repairable and the side rails were broken.

Then he tried to find a queen size cherry wood sleigh bed frame on the internet and the least expensive one was $2300, but $1000 is all the insurance company is going to pay. Central Florida cable communications is not going to pay the difference of $1300 even though it was their employee that broke my bed neither will brighthouse network, so basically I do have a digital phone now that drops 1 in 10 calls that I initiate and does not ring 1 in 10 times when someone calls me from anywhere else, a broken bed frame in the garage, and an additional $1300 out of my pocket, minimum, to replace my bed frame.

The BBB here in Orlando sided with me and tried to moderate a settlement but to no avail. The BBB will list this damage and lack of customer service form Brighthouse network and Central Florida cable communications for three years under the respective company names. Is there anything else I can do to recoup my expenses to replace my bed?
