I also received one of the 'URGENT-APPROVED' unsecured credit line cards from this 'business'. I did not call to activate it. Fine print states several different activation fees (such as $199.99 membercard activation fee, $99.99 Security Guard Credit Protection Shield, $29.99 Optional Rush Processing fee, $99.00 Annual fee on First Month Bill $99.00 annually thereafter, $15.00 late fee, and the list goes on and on.

I don't know how to cancel the card.
I call on the number given in maill but they asking my SSN, ADD, PHONE #
