This place will not answer their telephone, will not respond to emails, and does not deliver what you order, but they are quick to charge your credit card. You can google countless bad reviews on this place accross the internet (see eopinions) and see that my case is not an isolated event.
I ordered something the end of September in planning for a Halloween costume. After 14 days, I emailed their customer service address, management address, and sales address to check the status. No reply. I tried calling many times at different times during the day and there is no answer. I finally googled the business name to learn that I was one of many who have been ripped off by this place. I've read reviews by parents of disappointed kids checking their mail boxes everyday to no prevail. That is pretty low in my book. This place is run by crooks and they need to be shut down and locked up. I'll crack chamagne when this place goes down.
