We put a lot of faith in these "professionals" and they let us down. The refrigerated items were packed in the middle of the truck. So sat while they loaded the rest of the truck. Then sat at the new house while they unloaded, instead of the logical thing for cold items. Last on last off. Yep - fish spoiled. Their reply. THEY are not responsible for the fish.
When they say to sign here - don't do it. Read it. Check the truck. Go out and physically look in the truck. We had boxes missing and trust me once you sign these people don't care.
The drivers were asked if their tip could be called in or sent the next day so I could talk to my husband we could come up with a fiar tip. They turned nasty instantly and all professioanlism was thrown out the window. Large couches thrown in the garage and they drove off so fast they left the front door still prop open with their door opener still in it. VERY RUDE.
This last part may be a coincidencef you believe in coincidences, The first week end we were in the house it was robbed. The third week end in the house the car was stolen. With the spair key maybe that the movers had access to. I blame the disgruntled movers. But I could be wrong. Just be ware of these guys.
