Blockbuster doesn't care for it's customers, they have never shown interest in improving customer service at their stores. I had a movie, that I had forgotten to return and went in one day to rent a game. At the register I gave the young lady my game, she said I have a movie still out and that it needs to be paid for before I can rent my game. I understand, so I asked her if I paid for it now and brought the game back later if they would refund my money, she said yes. I should have never paid her! The next day I come back with the movie, start the return process, when the manager tells me that I cannot get a refund, she yells at me, tells me to leave her store, and I refuse, I get the district manager's number, and leave. BTW THE DISTRICT MANAGER OF BLOCKBUSTER IN THE INLAND EMPIRE (LARRY IS HIS NAME) HAS NEVER TAKEN THE TIME OUT TO CALL ME BACK! Great customer service guys! I can't wait til the internet takes over and all these blockbuster DVD Jocks lose their jobs!
