More than three weeks after crcd is charged and 4 plus weeks since order to see delivery

Placed order on September 25th and had my card charged on October 01... Now it is October 20 and still wondering if they will ship. It seems that 3 weeks since getting my money is a long time for order fulfillment&especially for cheapy junk stuff and odds and ends???
