Horrible excuse for customer service

I'd images of my child obtained on 9/8/07. I had been informed they'd prepare yourself 9/28/07. I paid-for them entirely at that time the images were obtained. (Session Number 1 - wont do this again!). After I acquired the images about the anticipated day, among the poses had a large bright spot-on the medial side of my kids mind, where her hair ought to be. I directed it out to Tara, the shooter, and confirmed her this was not in virtually any additional image, therefore it was whether publishing mistake or perhaps a difficulty using the movie. I am aware this occurs, and so I was not upset at this time. I simply needed them to repair it when possible, or provide me another present to displace these. Customer support explained they never got the publishing purchase, which no body in the shop had named possibly to confirm it the week before (gee, no surprise they didnot return to me - they didnot follow-up as guaranteed!). Anita, who responded the client support telephone, stated I'd need to return to the shop all over again to keep these things spot the publishing purchase. Oh, also it might today consider 6-8 months to obtain the reprints. Two more weeks to fix their unique mistake, plus another visit to the shop?! Right now, I'm tired of this entire clutter, and it is absurd that I'm needing to do all of the follow-up to fix their mistake within the first-place! Anita stated my only additional choice was to request a reimbursement, but obviously that will need a visit to the picture business aswell.

I visited the business within one-hour of talking with Anita. Marybeth was working again. I informed her that I'd spoken to customer support, and given that they hadnot done something right now to displace my pictures, I needed a return. She advised me that merely a region supervisor may approve a return. The area supervisor got about the telephone, and stated that given that they had agreed to substitute them (in 6-8 months), she was just prepared to provide me back 50% of my reimbursement. The sum total was just $13.31 to begin with, therefore she was just likely to provide me $6.65 for several this garbage?! That is CRAZY.By this time around, I had been definitely ANGRY. I never cursed, but I truly did increase my speech. I informed her that because she did not supply the items guaranteed, within the time period promised (the initial day of 9/28/07), I had been most definitely eligible for a complete reimbursement, and that I might contact whoever essential to have it. After half an hour of the, she ultimately relented and decided to the entire refund. I am talking about actually people, you've attached this up for 6 months today currently, and also you are likely to claim over-giving me back $13.31? A multi-million-dollar organization will publicity over $13.31? It is beyond incomprehensible in my experience that I'd to claim to obtain this within the first place. The images confirmed for themselves they were unacceptable; itis nothing like it's really a item I got residence and smashed after which attempted to come back. And that I introduced it for their interest before actually making the shop within the first place. This entire point has my blood-boiling! I'll NEVER visit another Image Me business again. And when they believe I'm likely to quit allowing everybody understand how terrible their justification for customer support is, they're incorrect. Beware people, Image Me isn't a great encounter AT-ALL!
