They will not answer phone. They will not send you to their supervisor. If they do you will majically be disconnected. They will make sales pitches on phone but fail to mention cancellation additional fee's, quote wrong prices, send wrong phones. They want you on a service plan first then once you are signed up with termination fees in place that is when they put the squeeze on you. I bet they could be charged under the RICO act. Do not use them they are now part of nextel. I was on phone at least 8 hours trying to resolve a simple problem. The csr's do not have a clue. Those poor folks are not trained, management just wants them to read a script. Try asking a question to one of them and watch them stutter. They will begin reading the prepared speech again. All tje menu's to go through. Why? Keep a person on phone overall they will make more money. Press 1 ya de da de da ya de da. Press 2 ya de da ye dayeda. Press 3 ya de da ye da and on and on. They will rip you off!!! Do not use them.
