Unauthorized billing!

I was supposed to get complimentary ringtones.instead all I got was charged for some stupid phone jokes that I didn't want in the first place. The charges are$5.99 a week or $23.96 a month. For stupid jokes, I don't think so. I am complaining to my celluar company about the charges.
