Castle Resorts (CRI) sent a contract to sell our timeshare at Westgate or pay our money back in six months. Paid them $842.49, then could not get a hold of them. When we did they would lie saying they took out 'property' to some show or something.
Finally reached them. Original people no longer worked there. A lady named Rebecca immediatley went into a sales speal demanding $985.00 more to 'bundle' ours timeshare for another month.'You didn't tell us you wanted us to sell it that way, ' she said.
This would have also precluded us from our contractual refund, so I immediatlely sent a certified/return receipt letter demanding $842.49. They received the letter within the required time but have not responded. We have called and left numerous messages. No response either when we call or when we leave a message.
