I haven driven for swift for almost 3 years. The first 2 years were great the gave the loads and milage i wanted. Then all went down hill in jan. After swift went to the eden termial and fired all but a few dms and moved the drivers a round. I was a dedcited driver so the moved the account that im on to the pa termail and now i dont get the milage like i useto.
I have sit at home for 3 weeks a month ago and the said that fr8 was slow and the didnt pay me for sitting and waiting. Truck had to go to shop and the didnt pay me break down pay or nothing. They told me that if i stayed in the truck they would have payed me. But i was to close to the house to stay in the truck with no power and it was 100 dregrees outside. The dealership told me that it would be a week before they could get to it.
So i called my new dm and he said the would find a loaner truck and get back to me they never did so i end up not get payed for they 3 weeks i was out. Just last week i had to get my truck pm in ga and it took them a week to get fixed so far i havent got payed for that. So if i was a driver looking to drive for swift i would like again.
