I was charged $61.02 twice for service that i didn't order. Using your site I was able to call CEO Gary Hickocks on his personal cell phone (310) 614-8900. He gave me double talk about how it is a legitimate service and tried to explain to me that I authorized it by ordering a product on line. That purchasing an unrelated product on line automatically signed me up for their service and that i did have the chance to cancel.
He took my name and number a promised to refund me. I will update in a week to see if he did.
