This is to all of the present victims of Vendstar and (Jennifer Buffington, T/A as Specialty Marketing). I have accomplished, what many you would consider impossible. I have had many years of Law-Enforcement experience.
I pointed this out to Jennifer Buffington many times on the phone. (Like John Gotti. She thinks that she is teflon coated) Ladies and gentleman, nothing could be furthur from the truth. Unlike many of I had the opportunity to see the INFAMOUS, Jennifer Putnam Buffington in the flesh!
Like many of you, I answered an add in the local newspaper placed by vendstar. After talking with Dennis Danielle on the purchase of vending machines, He recommended Specialty Marketing and to Talk only to Jennifer Buffington. He gave me tohe phone #866-403-5859.
I called and spoke with Jennifer, and advised her that Dennis Danielle had recommeded her company to find me locations. I advised her that I had no Idea of where to place machines. Dennis told me you were the experts-thats why I called you. Jennifer advised that her company had been in business for the past 5 years. Company had no consumer complaints and her Field representatives were among the best. (Ron Davis—the best of best) She advised that I could expect an average $2.50 per day from each machine, Because I like in a resort area Myrtle Beach, SC.
Then I asked her a very important question. This Locked her into her estimate. More importantly, what percentage of machines does your company has to find new locations once they are placed by your field representatives. Her reply only FOUR PERCENT. This is now a commitment on her part, much more important than average sales, since it is all a total lie on her part. What difference does it make what she says! Well it does matter.
I am giong to try and cover the high lites of what I have accomplised during my 200 hrs plus of my investigation. The contract is FRAUDULENT fom top to bottom.

I have filed a lawsuit in magestrate court in Bluffton, SC. Since I opted for a jury trial. Court date will be in October. This was to get everything out in the open as soon as possible. THIS opens the door for everyone. The reason that I had contact in person with Jennifer Buffington in Court-9/11-07
She tried to keep me from investigating. She advised the Bluffton Sheriff's Office that I was harrassing, and stalking her. Judge needless to say. Did not feel that I had done anything wrong.
