Unsatisfactory service and response ripped off

Company failed to service Heat Pump Central Air and Heat based on false report of technician that unit was wated damaged. Unit was not water damaged as unit is located in non flooded zone. Company failed to investigate allegation of incompetency and unlicensing of technician.
