I can't believe this cell phone company. They boast that they have the best cell phone reception out there, and that I do have to admit - they really do. It has worked every single place my husband and I travel. He has a Sprint phone. But, that's not my issue. They have this whole "environmental" theme which blocks me from getting hard copy bills from them. They only send bills online, and I am one of those people that like to have hard copies for tax purposes and all. I called them about it, and the receptionist said that I could download my copy... Why should I have to do that myself. It makes no sense. They are just too cheap to send me a paper bill. There is NO customer service, whatsoever. On top of it, I think they legally have to send me a hard copy.
