I have been reading all the terrible reports of this compant 1rate.com. It is true this is a bad company. They are theives don't let them get away with it. They also took money out of my account. I called there office spoke with a lady (the word lady is putting it nicely) I asked her who approved of this? She stated that I did. Not so, I requested documents she she then stated that my approval was on voice recorded. I ask to hear the recording she said it was in archives. Needless to say they didn't have that either.
I asked for copied of the phone records they could not provide - her reply we don't keep up with phone records. I asked if they would refund my 749.25 she said we will only give you back 199.80. That is when I began to do my own research. I contacted the sheriff department filed a report.
My bank gave me copies of the checks. I was suprised to discover they had taken both payment out of my account 19.95 and 49.95 this began in May. This company is a fraud beware, the woman I spoke with in the office of 1rate is Ann she is not helpful at all. If you want your money back do your own homework. The back they bank with is The Huntington Nation Bank
Cleveland oh 44101 don't waste time call the presidents office his name is Mr. Hogland, his secretary is Elaine keep calling don't allow anyone to put you on hold demand that this is taken care of. When I spoke with the lady at 1rate she promised to send me a check - well I did receive it for 199.80 I was advised by law enforcement not to deposit they check in my bank account. I now have a new back account number I also missed a lot of time from work needless to say the stress. If you want your money call the presidents office and complain. IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK I AM HAPPY TO REPORT WITH THE HELP OF MY BANK AND LAW ENFORCEMENT THEY HAVE GIVEN BACK ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME.
I recall the lady at 1rate saying to me i would not get my money - well ms. Ann looks as if you didn't know what you were talking about.
