There was an ad in the Sunday paper coupon insert about a ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish Antenna by JD Marvel Products sold for $12.95. The ad indicated 2-5 weeks delivery.
I mailed my payment by check on June 8. Nothing ever came. No one ever called or sent a letter. I finally e-mailed them and got a reply that they were out of stock and would be getting some in on Aug 13th and be shipping mine out at that time.By Aug 30th, I still had not recieved my mini-dish or had a phone call or letter to let me know anything.
I finally made the long-distance telephone call, as they also have no 1800 #'s and had to go through the wait and listen to the balony recording before I could get through.
Then, I was informed that they had shipped all their dishes on first come first serve basis. Evidently there were many orders ahead of mine, and that I was scheduled to recieve the next shipment on Oct. 6. Bully!!!
I said I want my money back now!!! And can you believe they had sent me a catalog that very day??? The lady said it was not a problem and that I would get my refund.
This is Sept. 3rd. We'll see. You would think a company would do something to make up for this. That they would have the courtesy to call or write a letter of explanation. But no. No one cared.
