Poor service!

In Short: While touring in July I named directly into create a cost by telephone such that it wouldn't be overdue. I settled what I had been informed was the whole stability of $57.00. Used to do not phone-in to create a cost in September, since I have hadn't applied the card.

After I returned property in June, I popped my July bill, that was due Sept. 13. The July bill confirmed a "overdue quantity" of $2.00, that was curiosity about the $57.00 from June. Since I have hadn't called directly into spend the $2.00 in September, there is a "overdue charge" of $15.00 about the $2.00. To replicate, after I called directly into spend the entire stability due in July, I had been not informed concerning the $2.00.

The "good" people at BP Amoco explained that since my card was "overdue", I'd been documented to some credit company. Additionally they informed me that since I had been "overdue", they might not examine waiving the late fees with me. I told them to stop the card.

Do Not turn into a target of BP Amocois late charge plan.
